Commercialisation (Work Package 3)


WP3 Objectives:

  • Develop a detailed commercialisation plan to maximise sales of the P1vital® PReDicT Test across Europe following market launch
  • Develop the pricing model for the P1vital® PReDicT Test product based on the cost effectiveness results and stakeholder input

WP3 Partners:

  • WP2 clinical effectiveness, cost effectiveness and clinical utility results from the clinical study will feed into the detailed commercialisation plan.
  • WP4 stakeholder engagement activities will feed into the detailed commercialisation plan.
